This update introduces adjustments to plan allowances, clearer tracking on leave entries, refinements to the support interface, and an updated onboarding workflow for new accounts.

Plan Limits and Administration

Free Plan Editor Limit

Accounts on the Free subscription tier are now limited to one editor. Under this updated allowance:

• A single administrator or manager can create and edit rotas on the Free tier.
• Organisations requiring multiple managers or role-based permission tiers can access these features by upgrading to the Plus or Premium plans.

Leave Tracking

Booking Dates on Leave Records

The leave management system now records and displays the date and time a request was submitted.

• Leave entries across the dashboard and request sections now show the specific date on which the leave was booked.
• Administrators and staff can reference this date to verify when submissions were made relative to rota publication schedules.

Support Interface

Support UI and Message Formatting

The support section has received visual and formatting updates to improve readability:

• The user interface on the support page has been adjusted for clearer layout and navigation.
• Punctuation across support messages has been standardised, removing em dashes to maintain consistency across communications.

Onboarding and Account Setup

Streamlined Signup and Onboarding Flow

Several updates have been made to improve the experience for new users setting up their rotas:

• Direct Registration: The standalone drop-off page has been removed from the registration journey, creating a more direct transition from signup into account configuration.
• Component and Copy Updates: Onboarding screens feature updated components and clearer guidance focused on completing the initial setup process and the service guarantee.
• Automation Guidance: Introductory automation emails have been revised for clarity, outlining how to configure automated rota rules and scheduling features.
• Setup Variations: New onboarding paths have been introduced to evaluate setup flows for automated and AI-assisted rota scheduling.
